New Breadmaking Course Dates for 2013

Advanced Course 21st July 2pm – 5pm  £35 per person
other dates are: 18th Aug, 15th Sept, 13th Oct, themes to be announced..

Advanced course will focus on a rustic BBQ bread. Working with a base dough of light rye, the student will have the opportunity to mix things up by choosing from a selection of additions to compliment your loaf; olives, roasted tomatoes, crispy onions and mixed seeds…

The course will finish with afternoon tea and a tasting session back at The Bakers Arms..
